Prehistoric Period
In the days before agriculture, human beings pretty much had to go out and kill or pick their meals from nature. It is from our ancestors eating the basic foods, such as animal fats, proteins, nuts, berries and certain vegetables that our genetic makeup is what it is today. Evolution made us thrive on these foods. Humans were healthier and more active in those days. There were no supermarkets to get food from, nor a need to take out payday loans to pay for the food. Contrary to popular opinion, these people had short life spans due to being prey rather than from modern diseases from diet. After several bone analyses on the Paleolithic man were done, it revealed that they had none of the modern diseases we have today.
Modern Age
Fast forward to today, and we see many diseases that come from eating foods that do not mesh with our genetic makeup. The old way of eating never included grains. Our ancestors also avoided potatoes, beans and peanuts. Since the inception of our agriculture days, these foods have become part of the modern diet. It is because of these new foods that modern man has many illnesses and diseases.
High Price of Health Care
The expenses of health care in today’s world have skyrocketed beyond what any reasonable individual can pay without the help of payday loans. The loans cannot help, because the costs are still too high. Besides the costs, there is something else going on. Sick Care, rather than health care, is what is going on here. Patients are only there for the medical industry to suck out as much money from them as possible. They do not want to get the patient well, but instead get more money from the medicines and procedures. This would not be an issue if we ate like our Paleo ancestors.
Primal Diet
In what is affectionately known as the “Paleo Diet”, the founders have outlined the basic foods our ancestors ate. The basic food groups remain the same, though many controversies exist about the particulars of the diet. Any produce that you can eat in its raw state is safe to eat. Most vegetables, berries and most fruits are included in this. Eating grains, roots, tubers and beans are not healthy for you, as they must be cooked a long time to take out the toxic elements. Animal flesh, though most people today prefer to cook it, has been eaten raw by our ancestors. Though saturated fat is healthy, many people believe otherwise. Many individuals can save money on health care needs by following what our ancestors ate from many years ago. You can avoid payday loans for health care as well. By avoiding just the grains, you can avoid many diseases of today. I cannot tell you what to eat.
